2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) orionplay account. 2.5 Non-Transferability. orionplay accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings to another person.
3.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your orionplay login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify orionplay immediately via live chat support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. orionplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 Device and Network Security. You are responsible for ensuring the security of the devices and networks you use to access orionplay. orionplay recommends avoiding public Wi-Fi networks for account login and financial transactions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. orionplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other payment methods as may be added or removed from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional campaign. orionplay reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification, wagering requirement compliance, and applicable processing times. 4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
5.1 Bonus Terms. 9.1 Service Availability. orionplay endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond orionplay's control may cause temporary service interruptions.
9.2 Gaming Losses. orionplay is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you gamble voluntarily using funds you can afford to lose.
9.3 Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, orionplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the orionplay platform.

If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR.
